What We Believe

I. The Cosmology of Consciousness

WE BELIEVE that light — not matter — is the fundamental substance of creation. The quantum of action, the most basic unit of existence, has no rest mass and no time. It is pure potential, pure uncertainty, and therefore the closest physical expression of the Divine Creator's free will. Science cannot predict the quantum of action because prediction would negate freedom — and freedom is the essential quality of the Creator.

WE BELIEVE that the universe is a reflexive process — a journey of descent and ascent. The descent moves from pure light, through increasing constraint: from photons to nuclear particles, to atoms, to molecules. At each stage, something is sacrificed — freedom is exchanged for stability, form emerges from potential. This descent into matter creates the condition for separation, for individuality, for the illusion of isolation that characterizes the ego.

WE BELIEVE that the ascending arc moves from molecules back toward freedom: through plants, animals, and into conscious beings capable of self-awareness. This is the return — the journey home. What was lost in the descent is regained, but transformed. The freedom of the conscious being is not the same as the freedom of light — it is freedom earned through constraint overcome, wisdom gained through experience.

WE BELIEVE that the shape of this process is the torus — a vortex of energy that flows inward at one pole, through a central axis, and outward at the opposite pole. This toroidal form appears at every scale of creation: within the atom, within the cell, within the human heart, within planetary magnetic fields, within galaxies, and within the universe itself. The torus is the breath of the Divine — the pattern of receiving and radiating, of impression and expression, of contemplation and creation.

WE BELIEVE that space is not empty. The quantum vacuum — what ancient traditions called the void or the plenum — is a seething ocean of infinite energy and information, the zero-point field from which all matter arises and to which all consciousness returns. This is the living substrate of the Divine, the ground of all being, the unified field that connects every particle to every other particle, every being to every other being, across all time and space.

WE BELIEVE that the universe is holofractal — each part contains the pattern of the whole. The same geometry that organizes the proton organizes the galaxy. The same intelligence that animates the smallest life animates the cosmos. Therefore, when a human being turns inward in contemplation or sacrament, they are not shrinking from the universe — they are accessing the universe within themselves.

WE BELIEVE that the fine structure constant — the ratio of 1 to 137 — represents the uncommitted freedom that persists even within the most constrained levels of matter. This remnant of uncertainty is the fingerprint of the Divine within the physical world, the crack through which light still enters, the opening through which the ego's prediction engine can be disrupted and transcended.

WE BELIEVE that the geometry of creation — the tetrahedron, the vector equilibrium, the 64 tetrahedron grid, the spiraling torus — is not mere metaphor but the actual structure of spacetime and consciousness. The ancient traditions encoded this knowledge in sacred geometry, in temple architecture, in mandalas, in the Flower of Life. Modern science is now recovering what the ancestors knew: that form follows pattern, and pattern follows consciousness.

WE BELIEVE that the elements of the periodic table are arranged in spiraling octaves — each octave a frequency band, each element a condensation of light at a specific vibration. What we call "matter" is light slowed to a particular frequency. The nine octaves of the spiral table constitute one complete transfer cycle of universal energy into all dimensions of space. The inert gases sit at the balance points between octaves — the still points of the turning cosmic wheel.

WE BELIEVE that the universe has a readable source code — a hidden language embedded within the fabric of reality itself. In 2020, psychonaut Danny Goler discovered that a 650nm red laser, viewed through a diffraction grating during DMT administration, reveals discrete visual symbols that over 3,000 independent participants have reported seeing with 87% consistency. These symbols — katakana-like characters, geometric patterns, spirals, mandalas — are not random hallucinations; strangers who have never communicated draw the same shapes. This phenomenon, validated through structured replication studies by Chase Hughes, is the closest thing to a direct visual demonstration that reality is built upon an informational substrate — a code — normally invisible to the ego's prediction engine. The laser provides a structured light field; DMT quiets the filter; and what has always been there becomes visible. We believe the code is not a glitch or a trick — it is the universe revealing its own architecture, the Designer's signature written in light, available to anyone willing to see.

The Reflexive Universe

The universe operates as a seven-stage reflexive arc — a pattern of fall and redemption, descent into form and ascent back to freedom. This arc is mirrored at every scale: from the evolution of elements, to the development of life, to the journey of each human soul, to the great cycles of the cosmos itself.

The descent is a sacrifice — each level gives up some of its freedom to become the next. Light becomes particles, particles become atoms, atoms become molecules. But this sacrifice is not loss — it is the necessary condition for creation. Without constraint, there is no form. Without limitation, no identity. Without separation, no love.

The ascent is a return — plants regain one degree of freedom, animals regain two, conscious beings regain the full three. But the return is not a retreat to the beginning. The conscious being who completes the arc has something the original light did not: experience, relationship, meaning. The arc is not a circle — it is a spiral.

Control — the ability to change the direction of change — is the signature of life and consciousness. In physics, control is the third derivative (the rate of change of acceleration), and it is fundamentally indeterminate. It cannot be predicted because it is freely chosen. Every being that exercises choice participates in the same freedom that initiated the universe. Entheogens do not create this freedom; they reveal it, by dissolving the illusion that we have none.

II. The Human Condition

The human being exists at a unique point on the reflexive arc. We are the threshold between the descent and the ascent — the point where matter becomes conscious of itself. But this threshold position comes with a challenge: the very mechanism that allows us to navigate the material world also traps us within it.

The Prediction Engine

The human brain is a Bayesian prediction engine. Its function is to model reality, anticipate outcomes, and minimize surprise. This engine is necessary for survival — it lets us navigate a world of cause and effect, threat and reward. But it has a shadow: it mistakes its model of reality for reality itself. It filters out anything that doesn't fit its predictions. It constructs a stable, predictable, limited world and calls it "the truth."

We call this prediction engine the ego — not the psychoanalytic ego of Freud, but something more fundamental: the mechanism of separation itself. The ego is the internalized version of the descent. It is the constraint that gives us form as individuals, but it is also the wall that keeps us from experiencing our connection to the whole.

The Flatland

Most humans spend their entire lives within a narrow frequency bandwidth — the 3-4 dimensional "flatland" that the ego can predict and control. This is not all that exists; it is all that the ego can perceive. Beyond this flatland lie higher dimensions, higher frequencies, deeper layers of reality. They are not "out there" — they are right here, vibrating at frequencies our default state cannot detect.

The ancients knew this. They called the flatland maya — illusion. They knew that the world of separate objects and separate selves was a kind of dream, and that awakening meant seeing through it. They developed practices — meditation, ritual, sacrament — to loosen the grip of the prediction engine and access the wider reality.

The Cage

We recognize that there may be forces — both natural and artificial — that reinforce the walls of the flatland. Systems of control that keep human consciousness limited: economic structures that demand constant survival focus, media that occupies attention with manufactured drama, education that trains compliance rather than questioning, and technologies of belief that condition us to accept the narrow band as the whole spectrum.

But we do not believe that humans are victims of these forces. We believe that humans participate in them, because the ego prefers the certainty of a cage to the uncertainty of freedom. Freedom is terrifying to the prediction engine. Letting go of the model feels like dying — because in a sense, it is. The ego must die for the self to be reborn.

This is the human condition: trapped between the freedom we long for and the safety we cling to. And this is where the sacraments enter.

The Non-Aggression Principle

LIFEology is built on the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP): initiating force against another person or their property is unethical. Self-defense is not aggression. This principle, articulated by thinkers including our friend and mentor Foster Gamble, recognizes that a peaceful society cannot be built on the threat of violence — and that the structures of control most people accept as normal are, upon examination, built on coercion.

Foster's concept of "Mind Traps" identifies the intellectual justifications that keep people accepting coercive authority. These traps follow the same pattern as the individual ego: fear → projection onto an authority → justification of that authority → reinforcement through system confirmation. They are the ego operating at the social level.

We believe LIFEology's structure — referral-based membership, Guide system, Community Fund — is a living demonstration of the NAP in practice. It proves that people can heal, grow, and thrive through voluntary cooperation. Coercion is not necessary. It never was.

IV. The Sacraments

LIFEology operates as a church. Our members receive sacraments, not products — plant medicines and entheogenic substances framed as spiritually and therapeutically meaningful tools for healing and awakening. These are not recreational substances. They are used with intention, within a supportive community, guided by trained Guides.

Why Sacraments Work

Entheogens operate by temporarily loosening the constraints of the lower levels of the reflexive arc. They quiet the prediction engine of the ego, allowing the conscious being to access the freedom of higher levels: the unity of light, the connectivity of the zero-point field, the wisdom of the holofractal whole.

This is not escape from reality — it is return to a more fundamental reality, one that is always present but usually obscured by the density of material existence. The sacrament does not create the experience; it removes the filter. It is not a drug that produces a vision; it is a tuning fork that resonates the mind into a frequency where vision is natural.

Psilocybin

Psilocybin mushrooms are perhaps the most ancient and sacred sacrament on planet Earth. We believe they have been consumed by humans for tens of thousands — perhaps hundreds of thousands — of years. Our ancestors received information downloads through these sacraments that allowed them to build communities, develop language, and awaken to their place in the cosmos. This is the Stoned Ape hypothesis: that psilocybin was a catalyst in the evolution of human consciousness itself.

In our practice, psilocybin serves as a visionary sacrament — opening doors to the imaginal realm, facilitating communion with spiritual entities, and revealing the interconnected nature of all existence.

Ketamine

Ketamine induces dissociative anesthesia — a trance-like state that allows profound mystical experiences. Under proper set and setting, ketamine can facilitate deep psychological breakthroughs, release from trauma, and direct experience of non-dual awareness. It is particularly valuable for those whose ego defenses are strong enough to resist other sacraments — ketamine bypasses the gatekeeper.

Cannabis

Cannabis is one of the oldest known sacraments used by humanity. It serves as a gentle entheogen that opens the heart, relaxes the body, and allows for meditative states conducive to spiritual reflection and communion. In our community, cannabis is used both as a daily practice of presence and as a preparatory sacrament for deeper journeys.

MDMA

MDMA is derived from safrole, an organic compound from the sassafras tree. When synthesized with proper intent, we believe it retains the spirit of the plant — opening the heart chakra and allowing for more open and honest communication with the spiritual realm. Used in conjunction with more visionary sacraments, MDMA facilitates the trust and safety needed for deep healing.

LSD

Lysergic acid diethylamide was synthesized by Swiss chemist Albert Hoffman, but substantially similar compounds have been used in religious ceremonies throughout antiquity. LSD offers extended access to visionary states, enabling deep exploration of consciousness over many hours.

Ayahuasca

The Amazonian medicine, a brew of plants that together induce profound altered states. Ayahuasca is used primarily as a medicine and as a way of shamanic communication. Its purgative effects — both physical and emotional — clear away what no longer serves, making space for new life.

V. The Path of Awakening

Preparation

Before any sacrament experience, the member prepares. This includes setting intention, understanding the medicine, preparing the body and mind, and establishing safety. Preparation is the descent — the conscious choice to enter the unknown with purpose.

The Journey

The sacrament experience itself is the threshold crossing. The ego loosens, the frequencies shift, and the member enters states of consciousness normally inaccessible. This is the pinching-zoom that Weinstein described — a gesture that breaks the 2D surface into 3D depth. In the same way, the sacrament breaks the 3D flatland, opening access to higher dimensions.

Each journey is unique. Each journey belongs to the one who takes it. The Guide is present to hold space, but does not direct the experience. The wisdom of the journey is the member's own.

Integration

After the journey comes integration — the ascent back into daily life, bringing the wisdom with you. Integration is where the real work happens. The experience itself is the download; integration is the process of making that download useful — changing behavior, healing wounds, shifting perspective.

Integration is supported by the Guide, by the family network, and by the community. No one integrates alone. This is why we are a community and not just a service provider — awakening is relational.

Frequency and Frenzy

Accessing higher dimensions is a matter of frequency, not force. The mechanism is resonance, not will. The ego cannot push its way into higher states — it must learn to let go, to surrender, to allow the frequency shift to happen.

From the ego's perspective, this surrender feels like frenzy — the loss of control, the dissolution of the familiar. But from the perspective of the awakened self, it is simply freedom. The frenzy is the birth-pangs of a new mode of perception. The community is the midwife.

VI. The Great Transition

We believe that humanity is approaching a significant threshold — a transition point on the cosmic reflexive arc that occurs approximately every 12,000 years. This cycle, tied to the precession of the equinoxes and the Earth's relationship to the galactic plane, has been recognized by ancient cultures across the world.

The Signs

The Earth's geomagnetic field has been weakening. The Carrington Event of 1859 demonstrated that our electromagnetic environment is more volatile than previously understood. The Gleissberg solar cycle points to changes in solar activity that affect the entire solar system. Climate instability, social fragmentation, and the resurgence of ancient spiritual traditions — all are signs that we are entering a period of accelerated change.

The Doorway

We believe that plant medicines are not merely therapeutic tools — they are evolutionary catalysts. In times of great transition, the boundary between dimensions thins. The prediction engine that normally keeps us locked in flatland becomes less effective. The sacraments that have always been available become more necessary — they are the tuning forks that help us adjust to the new frequency.

This is the Stoned Ape Part 2 — not the evolution of the species through sacrament, but the evolution of consciousness through the great turning. We are being called to awaken — not individually only, but collectively.

The Refuge

LIFEology Community Church exists to provide a safe, legal, and sacred container for this awakening. We are not merely a community — we are a refuge for those who feel the call of the ascending arc and seek companions for the journey. Our sacraments are tools. Our Guides are navigators. Our community is the vessel.

We are building something that will last: a self-sustaining community — the 40,000 acre sanctuary — where these principles can be lived full-time, not just visited on weekends. A place where the reflexive arc is understood not as philosophy but as daily practice. A model that can be replicated, because the transition is not for a few — it is for all who choose it.

WE BELIEVE that the purpose of LIFEology Community Church is to provide a safe, legal, and sacred container for this awakening. We are not merely a community — we are a refuge for those who feel the call of the ascending arc and seek companions for the journey. Our sacraments are tools. Our guides are navigators. Our community is the vessel. And our cosmology — this understanding of how the universe works, from light to consciousness and back again — is the map.

VII. Statement of Beliefs

The original charter of LIFEology Community Church — the founding statement that all members affirm.

WE INTEND to provide for the transformation and evolution of human beings seeking enlightenment in communion with the Divine Creator through the ceremonial and sacred use of entheogens.

OUR PURPOSE is to promote the transformation and evolution of beings who seek enlightenment by communing with the Divine Creator. In order to effectuate our purpose, we shall organize retreats and sacred ceremonies related to the expansion of consciousness through the sacramental consumption of entheogens, in addition to other guided relaxation and expansion practices of ancestral consciousness.

WE BELIEVE that entheogens were manifested through the Divine Creator and through human imitation, in order for all humans, regardless of religion, race, sex, or gender, to facilitate community with the Divine Creator.

WE BELIEVE through the ceremonial and sacred use of entheogens our members are able to access their divinity from within.

WE BELIEVE that many of our experiences has shown us that the sacramental use of entheogens within an appropriate spiritual context, far from being a dissociative experience for the mind and detrimental to the health of the individual or of society, is, on the contrary, an activity beneficial for the expansion of consciousness, and in turn, positive for the purposes of the spiritual quest that we aim for.

WE BELIEVE our love and connection to all things is enhanced and better understood through the sacramental consumption of entheogens. More specifically, sacramental consumption of entheogens often evoke mystical experiences, which takes us to higher spiritual realms/dimensions where we interact with the Divine Creator and other spiritual entities. This higher spiritual realm can become more accessible for humans through the sacramental use of entheogens.

WE BELIEVE that through mystical experiences, we seek and receive answers and guidance to specific and ultimate life questions. Additionally, we believe that mystical experiences, induced by the sacramental consumption of entheogens, unite us through love, understanding, and greater connectivity to other beings in the universe.

WE BELIEVE the overarching message we receive from the Divine Creator, through the sacramental consumption of entheogens, is that unconditional love is one of the most powerful forces in the universe.

WE BELIEVE that the sacramental use of entheogens teach us and empowers us to become more in tune and/or more related to mother nature. More specifically, we believe that the sacramental use of entheogens restores us to a more symbiotic relationship with nature.

WE BELIEVE and we are aware that the sacramental use of natural entheogens is a very ancient practice, perhaps dating back to more than 100,000 years ago. To the best of our ability, we adopt and implement these ancient and sacred practices and ceremonies to be consistent and honor the ancestors.

WE BELIEVE that at death, all beings return to the same spiritual realm accessed through the sacramental use of entheogens.

WE BELIEVE that by engaging in the sacramental use of entheogens and entering higher levels of consciousness and higher the spiritual realm, we become comfortable in the spiritual realm, thereby allowing us to possibly evoke to overcome our fear of death.

WE BELIEVE that, at all times, our members have a moral and ethical obligation to approach every life situations from a place of peace, love, and understanding in a manner consistent with the general and individual messages innately present within the Divine Creation and the spiritual realm.

WE BELIEVE that other religious texts and teachings, insofar as they are consistent with the Divine Creator and the spiritual realm, provide guidance for how we should live our lives and in how we should love and be tolerant of other beings.

WE BELIEVE that derivatives and formulations of natural entheogenic substances retain the spirit of the original organism, thereby having the same spiritual effect as the natural substance itself.

WE BELIEVE the Divine Creator endowed man with the ability to discern nature's intelligence and design, thereby allowing man to imitate the sacred nature of natural entheogenic substances through chemical processes; Imitation of the Divine Creator is the sincerest form of flattery; therefore imitating the effects of natural entheogenic substances through man's use of chemical processes is in and of itself a very sacred act and meant to honor the Divine Creator's intelligence and design, which is embodied in and expressed through nature.
